Abstract: Good and justice are the core in the debate of liberalism and contemporary Western communitarianism, in which the relationship between religious good and political justice is an important issue. Liberals believe that political justice should take precedence over good, but communitarians oppose that idea and advocate that "good should take precedence over justice." physical". Rorty and Taylor are two typical representatives of these two opposing schools. The two men used their own views of political philosophy to argue with each other, forming two typical eclectic schools in the history of contemporary political philosophy. However, the discussions of the two philosophers have not yet resolved the impasse about the relationship between political justice and religious good.
